We offer a SAFE HIGH YIELD with principal and interest payments each month to our investors. Our investors are treated just like a bank with our private money loans. They are first lien position on deed of trust, recorded with the county clerks office and monthly scheduled payments.

What is a private money loan? A private money loan is a loan that is given to a real estate investor, secured by real estate. Private money investors are given a first or second mortgage that secures their legal interest in the property and secures their investment. Our private money loans offer our investors first lien position.
We are not talking about the high Loan-To-Value (LTV) ratios the banks and saving-loans institutions make on homes. When we have isolated a home that is well under market value, we give our private lenders an opportunity to fund the purchase and rehab of the home. We offer very low LTV ratios t0 our Private Lenders to increase security of the loan. Our maximum 80% of the After-Repair-Value of the property securing the loan and frequently as low as 60% to 70%. This means additional security on the investment. Through the process, the lender can yield high interest rates–4 or 5 times the rates you can get on bank CD’s and other traditional investment plans.
